Aura Bean Brewing Tip

Fresh coffee makes all the difference. Pair the Flair 2GO with beans roasted within the last few weeks and a quality burr grinder. Start with an 18g dose and aim for a 36g espresso yield in around 30 seconds. If the shot tastes sour, grind a little finer. If it becomes bitter or slow, grind slightly coarser. With a few small adjustments, you’ll be rewarded with exceptional espresso almost anywhere.
