Coffee produced in East Timor is delicious and exported globally. The Grade One coffee has the most consistent size, and only the ripest cherries are used.

Origin: East Timor – Ermera Region

Coffee cultivation has a long tradition in the Ermera region in the eastern part of East Timor and is of particular economic importance. Many coffee farmers take advantage of natural resources and rely and sustainable practices to enhance the quality of the coffee and to protect and preserve nature. In the interplay of altitude, soil characteristics, and the prevailing climate,

ideal conditions are found for the production of unique coffees.

The harvest period begins in April and ends in September, whereby the harvest is done by hand and in several

rounds in order to always pick the ripest cherries. For this coffee the
